What this is

SitePulse AI is provided by SitePulse AI. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Right now SitePulse AI is a free, public, pre launch demo. There are no accounts, no paid plans and no integrations yet. When those launch, we will publish updated terms first, and you will be asked to accept them when you sign up.

Sample data, not advice

Every number in the demo comes from seeded sample data for a made up store, computed by fixed rules. It says nothing about your store or any real business. Explanations in the demo are illustrations, not business, financial or legal advice. Please don’t make decisions based on them.

Acceptable use

Please use the demo the way a person normally would. In particular, don’t:

• send automated or repeated requests to the feedback form, the usage count endpoint or the error report endpoint, or try to fill them with fake data;
• try to get around rate limits, probe for security weaknesses, or disrupt the site for others;
• put personal, sensitive or confidential information (yours or anyone else’s) in feedback messages;
• send anything unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may block traffic that breaks these rules, and delete feedback that does.

Your feedback

If you send feedback, you let us use it to improve SitePulse AI, without owing you anything for it. We aren’t obliged to act on it. How we store feedback, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

Ownership

The SitePulse AI name, design, text and software belong to SitePulse AI. You may look at and share links to the demo, but not copy or resell it.

No warranty

The demo is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be slow, wrong, unavailable or changed at any time, and we make no promise that it fits any purpose.

Liability

The demo is free, so as far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence or harm to life or health, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer in your country.

Changes to the demo

We may change, pause or stop the demo at any time. When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greece. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
